All Crest Ridge Leather Saddles Warranty:

Five year warranty on the saddle tree (material only)

Three year craftsmanship warranty (material and labor)

All Crest Ridge Synthetic Saddles Warranty:

Five year warranty on the saddle tree (material only)

One year craftsmanship warranty (material and labor)

All Crest Ridge Accessories Warranty:

One year material and craftsmanship warranty

Crest Ridge Saddlery warranties are to the original purchaser only, to be free of defects in materials and workmanship excluding misuse and neglect. The sole remedy under the warranty, or any implied warranty, will be limited to the replacement of the defective part or repair of shortcomings in craftsmanship. Shipping/freight charges to return a product to the company for determination of any defectiveness in materials or workmanship, will be paid by the customer/purchaser.

Crest Ridge Saddlery saddles are designed for use on the trail and recreational riding and are not in any way guaranteed for roping or any other purpose that varies from the original design intent. This warranty does not apply to any defects caused by negligence, misuse, alteration, abuse or accidents.

Crest Ridge Saddlery will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any product found to be defective by the company, for use as intended, after return to, and examination by, the company. The sole remedy under the warranty or under any implied warranty is limited to the replacement of defective parts.
